Learning how to use the TelaClaims Merge adjusting software is going to be a collaborative event between yourself and the entire TelaClaims organization. The goal with this lesson is to show the functional and practical use of every feature that has been developed on Merge. Fortunately for everybody, Merge does most of the heavy lifting for us, allowing us adjusters to focus on the important actions which include being sympathetic with deserving policyholders and reviewing claim info to confirm accuracy. Within this course, we will break down the entire property claim adjusting process and how adjusters will ideally interact with the Merge software. Adjusting with TelaClaims will be an interactive experience, between referring to this LMS for guidance on any possible situation you might be in, to communicating with our in house advisors and mentors for critical info on how to handle unfamiliar situations. All in all, this course will, in one way or another, prepare you for any challenge that you are faced with while working with us.
