TelaClaims Adjuster I – Insurance Basics for Adjusting a Claim

Hello and welcome to the TelaClaims Adjuster I course. This course will provide the basics of insurance as they relate to adjusting in the TelaClaims sphere. This is only the start of your coursework as you will advance through the adjuster courses that analyze the various lines of insurance that you must be familiar with in order to adjust claims. After level I, you will move on to learn our ethics and customer service standards that we hold everyone associated with TelaClaims to.
