Inspector I Field Basics
For years the claims adjusting process has remained stagnant, lacking any innovation along with a reluctance to adapt to new technologies. Here at Telaclaims, we adjust claims with a completely different approach. Our method for claims adjusting breaks the role of a traditional adjuster into three separate pieces, the inspector (you), the estimator, and the desk adjuster. The three of you will work in unison to efficiently close claims in the fastest way possible. Your job is one of the more important of the three because without the inspector we would have no idea what happened at the loss location. After completing all three phases of inspector coursework, you will have all the knowledge necessary to scope losses as well as the customer service training you need in order to have positive interactions with insureds as well as your fellow Telaclaims team members.
